We fly by our own wings.

We decided to take a mini vacation to San Antonio to visit my family and then down to Port Aransas to visit Gary's family. Mckalyn has done this trip a few times but it was the first for Nolan. He did pretty well on the way down to San Antonio were we stayed for two night and took Mckalyn to Sea World and left Nolan with My grandma and Aunt. Mckalyn loves going to Sea World..She got to see Shamu and even feed and touch a dolphin. We spent two nights in Port Aransas were we spent most of the time on the beach collecting shells and visiting Gary's parents. Nolan got his first feel of the sand and waves.




He loved sitting in his stroller while I pushed him through the sand.

The trip back was a different story... A six hour trip turned into an 11 hour trip. Nolan was so sick of being in the car seat we had to stop every hour to take him out to play with him or the sound of his cried were going to drive all of us crazy. For his entertainment he spent some time learning to drive from his daddy.
